Mexican Gray Wolf Professional, beautiful photography is a powerful tool to preserve the environment and cultivate stewardship. My objective with this on-going, multi-year project is to collaborate with all stakeholders to tell the story of Mexican Wolves - their natural history, habitat, the challenges they face to their survival, the scientists and work involved in managing their recovery, and the individuals and communities impacted by the presence (or absence) of the wolves across the landscape of New Mexico, Arizona, and Mexico. Because Mexican wolves have a large captive population, that story also includes the many zoos and facilities across the country and in Mexico that shelter wolves. I will use this developing portfolio of images to tell the story of Mexican Wolves through magazine articles, educational slideshow presentations, and NGOs and agencies conservation efforts.
